“Lunch” may be scheduled at 5 or even 6:30pm for my husband. For tonight, I sent this in his bag. The potatoes were boiled, then fried & seasoned with Lawry’s salt. The green beans have butter and French fried onions. The beef was rubbed with horseradish, butter and “Rosa Maria Bread Dipping Seasoning” (rosemary, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, black pepper, salt), before baking.
I found that the beef was tough, so I sent thin slices with Joel today. Leaving the rest in the mini crockpot all afternoon produced a fall-apart tenderness that I was able to enjoy when I got home. He’ll be able to finish it off tomorrow.
