Although snowflakes and sleigh bells are on the store shelves, the weather of Columbus, Ohio isn’t sporting the Winter Wonderland temperature. The overactive boilers in our apartment building add to the heat, giving us reason to raise the windows and let in fresh air. So, a cool salad for supper isn’t totally out of place, even if it is the end of November.
