Tis the Season to Recycle: Leftovers

When we invite people over, Joel’s biggest concern about the menu is that there be an abundance of food. He says it doesn’t matter if I have too much. He likes leftovers.


ImageThe mixed vegetables were more popular than the plain green beans this Christmas. I decided to recycle them as stir-fry with the left-over chicken.

Soy sauce, green beans, shredded chicken, onion, tomato and a little bit of rice. Season to taste with a bit of garlic and red chile pepper.
