Simple Salmon

While waiting for suggestions from my readers, I decided to try a highly rated recipe from the internet.  Lemon and Dill seem to be the most common ingredients used when preparing fish.

It was a success with Joel.

2 T butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
dill weed, dried
garlic powder
sea salt
red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 350*F.
Place the salmon pieces in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Whisk together the melted butter and lemon juice; drizzle this over the salmon. Next, sprinkle the fish with the dried spices.
Bake the salmon for 25 minutes, or until the fish is flaky when poked with a fork.
