Toll House in Bogota (High-Altitude Baking)

I used to make these cookies. However, I made so many changes to the recipe, that I decided I had “the right” to claim it my own.

3 cucharas maizena
2 1/2 tazas harina de trigo
1/2 cucharadita polvo para hornear
1/2 cucharadita sal

1/2 taza mantequilla, blanda
1/4 c leche
3/4 c azucar moreno
1/2 teaspoon vainilla
1 huevo

1/2 tazas Chocolate chips

Allow the dough to cool in the fridge or freezer for at least 20 minutes. Then, bake them in a convection oven at 400*F  until slightly golden on top. Do not overbake.
