Chicken Pitas with Tatziki Sauce

Well, the “Greek” food turned out pretty well.

Here is my “palette” for the marinade:

olive oil
balsamic vinegar
apple wine
oregano
paprika
salt

After about 2 hours, I took the chicken strips and pan fried them.

Then Adriana and I sliced open the pita breads and filled the pockets with:

shredded lettuce
shredded spinach
tomato
campesino cheese
red onion
cucumber

And some tzatziki (white sauce) sauce:

sour cream
cucumber (seeded, salted and drained)
garlic
lime juice
