Trying Teflon

A friend gave me a sheet of Teflon. I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do with it, so I looked for ideas on the Teflon website. I kept some of it for rolling out pie and pizza crusts or cookies. Another part I cut to fit into a round pan.  Tonight I decided to see how well it would work.

Fudge Brownies

1/2 c cocoa powder
1/2 c butter & cream cheese mixture (leftover)
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c flour
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt

350*F  20 minutes in convection oven
