Hot Sauce

1 large tomato
1 dried gajillo chile
1/2 large jalapeno
1 dried arbol chile
1/4 white onion
1 carrot
1/4 cup celery
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 T white vinegar
1/2 t salt

Blend all ingredients together. Transfer the mixture to a frying pan and allow it to simmer until the pieces of pepper are soft. Allow the mixture to cool. Blend the mixture again to achieve a uniform texture.
