Just an idea. Joel wasn’t too fond of the spice, but if you’re looking for a slight twist on the green beans:
green beans, onion, red bell pepper
sauteed with olive oil
sprinkled with salt and garam masala*
*Wait until just before serving to add the gm, or else it will be bitter. Also, only use a little bit. 1/4 teaspoon was (more than) sufficient for this batch.
