1 pound achira flour
2 egg yolks
1 pound butter, melted
2 pounds cuajada (moist crumbly cheese product)
Mix all of the ingredients and grind them together. Knead well and let rest a little while.
Make the bizcochos, each about 5 cm long and 1 1/2 cm wide, forming them with your hands. Put them on a greased baking sheet in a preheated 400° oven for 10 minutes.
