Wok

This morning we observed a TEFL class.  The students were employees of an Asian fusion restaurant called Wok.  Although they didn’t talk about their menu during the class (they were just beginners), I did get a chance to glance at one that was framed and hanging on the back wall.  We didn’t go out of our way to find the actual restaurant (The class was at their headquarters, I think.), but I was inspired to create my own "Asian fusion" dish for lunch.

Ingredients:

curry powder
fish sauce
peanut butter
white vinegar
sugar
soy sauce
piquin pepper seeds
chicken broth
lime juice
roasted garlic

asparagus
green onion
sesame seeds
cilantro (probably should have left this out, it had too many flavors going on, already)

chicken breast

"Thai" rice
