Heart Healthy

I was surprised to see mashed potatoes and gravy in a book that claims to have "140 Easy Recipes for a Healthy Heart", but my husband and I agreed that our dinner turned out well this evening. The baby carrots and asparagus did lose some of their color while steaming, though.
