The Well-Stocked Pantry AKA Left-Overs

Chorizo & Rice
Every morning I am greeted with an email or two from Allrecipes.com.
Today, the subject was what should be in the perfect pantry.
While I wouldn’t agree that every item on their list was essential, they did a pretty good job.

Often, your pantry isn’t so well stocked, so you have to make do with what you’ve got.

Tonight I scrounged around the refrigerator to throw together this plate of:
refried beans
corn tomalito
rice fried with beef chorizo and green onion
the last of some sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and "fresh" cilantro
wedges of lime and tomato

How about you?
Do any of my fellow or former Ohioans remember Cabot Rea on Channel 4 suprising people with "Guess Who’s Coming for Dinner"?
