Joel Shepherd's PieJoel's Shepherd's Pie

Now that Joel is working a 4-10hr day work week, he has a few more days off.

Last night he volunteered to make shepherd’s pie while I was working, if I would leave a recipe.

I printed 2 recipes from the internet for him to work with. One was for the oven and the other for a crock pot.

His turned out pretty good…probably because he left all of the tasty hamburger grease in.

These are the ingredients that I think he used:

1 lb hamburger

chopped white onion

baby carrots

white baking potatoes with peels still on

canned green beans

condensed cream of mushroom soup

beef boulion cube

garlic powder
