Zucchini

Since a big trip out East didn’t fit into the schedule before Rachel moves to Toronto, we decided to drive 2 hours west to Granite Falls instead. Even though it rained most of the weekend, we decided to cook out on Todd Mitchell’s grill. Deborah mixed up some chimichurri for the chicken and steak. We used the extra to brush on the giant slices of garden fresh zucchini, before placing them directly on the hot  grates.
Sad (to the healthy minded) to say, dill pickle potato chips and nacho cheese Doritoes were the most popular snack for the weekend.
