We’ll warm up the tortilla pie for supper this Saturday evening,
since we went to T.G.I Friday’s last night to earn "gold points".
Joel had cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. I had tortilla crusted talapia with green beans and rice.
Joel adulterated the old coffee with sugar and much cream. I splurged and had a glass of Dr. Pepper.
We were both satisfied with the food, although the service was slow, and the waitstaff were seemingly disinterested in us.

Bake at 350* F for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast baked and shredded
1 can petite diced tomatoes
green sauce or salsa
jasmine rice prepared with tomato juice and corn
shredded mexican blend cheese
black refried beans
chicken and tomatoes
