We get fast food every 4th Sunday before heading over to North Park Plaza Chapel. Joel speaks for the retired folk that live there, and we don’t have enough time to go home, eat lunch and drive down to the retirement home by 12:45.
Joel usually picks Burger King, but I had coupons for Wendy’s. He ordered the 1/4 # combo meal and said that it didn’t have as much flavor as BK.
I was satisfied with my $2.19 kids meal. I chose the turkey and cheese sandwich (with lettuce), strawberry yogurt with granola, and lemonade. They also have regular hamburgers and fries if you don’t want to be especially healthy. Mandarin oranges and milk or chocolate milk are some of the other non-regular-for-fast-food-joints options.
The toy was a soft, stuffed Snoopy.
