Personal Chef

The last ACF meeting was at US Foods. They had a few extra copies of the National Culinary Review there, so I took one home with me.  Page 12’s article, "Taking it Personally"  began, " A career as a personal chef may take away the crazy hours of a ‘normal’ job, but not the excitement and fulfillment chefs crave".
