Bacon & Eggs

I still haven’t satisfied Joel with my breakfast eggs.  This morning I lightly scrambled 3 eggs with about a tablespoon of milk and some salt. I cooked them slowly, lifting the edges to let the raw liquid run under, rather than frying them.  They were too wet and not scrambled well enough for him. He did like the strawberry jam and cream cheese in the crescent roll dough.
 
The picture is of a $5 silver plated coffee pot I splurged on at a Lutheran church garage sale. It came with silver plated creamer, sugar, & tray.  Joel likes the fact that it keeps the coffee quite hot without the "cozy". We like to use china and silver on Sundays. It is a day for feasting and celebration.
